From there, we curate, plan, and execute every detail needed to bring your vision to life, including wedding day planning and design plus one additional six-hour event of your choosing, think welcome drinks, rehearsal dinner, or farewell brunch. You get the highlights, we handle the heavy lifting. We’ll find the oddities, the sweet stories, the things that make you grin, and bring those to the heart of your celebration.

Planning should fit into your daily routine, not upend your life. Depending on your level of service, we meet virtually every other month or as often as feels supportive for you, with flexible scheduling and evening availability to meet the needs of your day job. Each meeting is shaped around where we are in the planning process.
When we’re acting as your Wedding Planner and Designer, these conversations are about filling you in on the thoughtful work happening behind the scenes and guiding you through the decisions that matter most right now. If we’re supporting you in a Day Of capacity, you’ll bring us up to speed on what you’ve been working on, ask questions as they arise, and leave knowing exactly what comes next.
Each call has a shared agenda (with room for anything on your mind), and we always wrap with a clear, prioritized list of what you need to know and what to tackle next. We are happy to invite any additional VIPs to join if you’d like, and will share a recording afterward so nothing gets lost.

Aisle Planner is the web-based planning software that anchors our work together and keeps planning details organized in one central location.
This is where vendor notes, contracts, timelines, budgets, task lists, and the many behind-the-scenes details live. It allows us to track progress, flag decisions, and keep plans moving forward in a way that feels calm and transparent. It is a shared portal for you and anyone you choose to loop in, so nothing ever feels scattered or mysterious.
Some of our favorite moments happen face to face.
Depending on your service level, this can include site visits to map layouts, rental showroom visits to mock up designs, and hands-on planning sessions where everything starts to feel real. If there is time for a coffee or a glass of wine at your favorite spot while we talk details, even better. We are absolutely in.
