The kind offering up sage advice while making the big decisions feel gleefully casual. It’s our belief that the best teams are made up of people who genuinely like one another. If you’re looking for a planner who will both gush about your wedding ‘fit and a reciprocal love of Xaden Riorson (wait, what?) via text, we should talk.
We believe kindness is king, and that treating your vendors, your grandmother, your childhood best friend, and your rabbi with the same unequivocal respect is our number one job.
Lines at the bar? Nope.
A two-hour cocktail hour? Also nope.
Snacks for the friends who get the munchies? Always.
We plan weddings with everyone in mind. You, your parents, your friends, and the guests who traveled across the country to be there. We think through pacing, movement, timing, and transitions so the day unfolds smoothly without anyone feeling rushed or bored.
From ceremony flow to cocktail hour timing to keeping the dance floor buzzing, we handle the logistics that make the day feel effortless. Full plates, happy guests, zero chaos. Guest experience matters here, and we plan accordingly.
Your planner sets the tone. Ours is calm, joyful, and thrilled to be here.
The number one thing we hear from vendors, family, and guests on the wedding day is how calm we are. “Cool, calm, and collected” comes up a lot. We truly believe there are no mistakes on a wedding day, only a room full of talented people who know how to seamlessly pivot. Wedding days are our favorite days of the year. You can quite literally see it on our faces.
And yes, this calm starts long before the wedding. One of our favorite moments in the planning process is the little exhale at the end of a call when a couple says, “You make this feel so easy.” That is the goal.

"As someone balancing work and motherhood, she brought such a calm sense of ease to the planning process. Every time we checked in, her smile, her joy, and her expertise reassured me and made everything feel manageable."
We believe Design should center on the "surprise and delight" moments. We love the unconventional and we are not afraid of a good risk. We lean into color, confetti, personality, and just enough weird. Yes, we really do have a rubber duck on our business card.
Great design starts with knowing you. Our first call is rarely about weddings at all. It is banter, a little silliness, and a lot of curiosity as we learn your rhythms, inside jokes, and what makes you you. We take what you are dreaming about and translate it into a visual plan that feels thoughtful, intentional, and unmistakably you.
I’ve always believed the way we decorate for Christmas quietly reveals who we really are. Each December, my house becomes a joyful collision of pink, tinsel, and antique silver, and it feels exactly right.
Color isn’t an accessory for me. It’s a language. I don’t buck patterns because they feel too childish or impractical. If it brings joy, it stays. Marie Kondo would approve.
I love the outdoors with an open mindedness that has taken me to some pretty phenomenal (and wacky) spots.
My husband, Lucas, and I cruised through the Western half of the United States in a converted Sprinter van twice. First for four months back in 2017. then again in 2021 with our newborn, and now as often as we can as a family.
If you ever want recs for a West Coast road trip itinerary, I got you.
A deeply maternal Virgo and true INFJ, aka the “Extroverted Introvert”, I project some wild vibes sometimes but I am a homebody at my core.
My soul sings around my two children, Wakely and Wilder, and nothing makes me happier than watching them fall into a giggle fit. I believe that family and our careers are not mutually exclusive so don’t be surprised if you see a kiddo pop into the Zoom Room spread a little light.
